Premier Health, S.C. is evolving as a leader in the delivery of “personalized” medical care in the Fox Cities of Wisconsin.
Driven by a passion for excellence, this independent practice was started by Ifueko Okundaye, M.D. on October 23, 2002. After 2 years of growth at its original location, Theda Clark Medical Center. the practice moved to its current home at 1540 Lyon Drive, Neenah, WI on February 21, 2005.
Proud to be located in Neenah, Wisconsin, Premier Health, S.C. believes in giving back to the community by financially supporting local events and providing educational and mentoring opportunities for area youth.
Our Scope of The Practice includes primary care, nephrology (kidney diseases) and urgent care services.
